This policy explains how information is used when you browse this site or contact us. It does not claim certification or compliance with laws that may not apply.

Enquiries and contact details

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. It prepares an email in your own email application; it does not send automatically or store a submission in this website’s database. The email reaches us only when you send it. We use these details to respond, assist with product enquiries and keep relevant correspondence, not to sign you up to marketing.

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive medical information through the enquiry form.

Reviews

Reviews are submitted through an external Google Form and displayed from a Google Sheet after moderation. The form may ask for your name, location, rating and comments. Approved names, locations, ratings, review text and our replies can appear publicly. Do not include private information in a review. Google applies its own privacy terms to its services.

Browsing, analytics and cookies

Hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, device information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Your cookie preference is saved in your browser’s local storage.

Optional analytics added by this website are disabled unless you accept. If Google Analytics is configured, acceptance permits it to collect browsing information, such as page visits and device/browser information, using analytics cookies. Declining keeps those optional analytics disabled. The hosting platform also injects its own visitor-event scripts on the published site; the controls on this page do not currently control those scripts. This site does not currently include a separately configured advertising tracker. See the Cookie Policy to change your choice.

Storage, sharing and service providers

Enquiry correspondence is held in the business email account and any relevant business records. Reviews are held in Google Forms and Sheets. Hosting and media delivery use Lovable and its delivery infrastructure; Google supplies web fonts and review services, and may supply optional analytics. Email providers process correspondence, and WhatsApp processes conversations opened through its links. These providers may process information outside Namibia under their own terms.

We do not sell enquiry details. We use service providers to operate the site and handle messages, and may disclose information where legally required. We aim to restrict access to business records to people who need it. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Retention and your requests

We keep correspondence while needed to handle the enquiry and relevant business or legal obligations, and review information while it remains published or needed for moderation. A fixed retention schedule is not stated here. You can ask us how long a particular record is held.

Contact us to request access, a correction, removal of a public review or deletion of your information. We may need to confirm your identity without collecting more than necessary. We will explain if a record must be retained for a legal obligation. Withdrawal of analytics consent is available on the Cookies page; clearing browser storage removes the saved preference.
